Nominations are now being sought for the AHSAA board positions:

• Vice-President- Performs president's responsibilities in his/her absence; coordinates and implements electoral process and reports its results to the Board; and coordinates the revision of the organization's by-laws as necessary.
• Treasurer- Maintains financial records; presents a yearly financial statement and a
  proposed annual budget; provides other financial records and reports as requested; and processes membership payments.
• Communications Director- Gathers class information from Class Representatives; writes, edits and mails newsletter; and provides website content and acts as board liaison to the webmaster.
• Fundraiser Chair- Creates, coordinates and implements Association fund raising activities.
• Class Representative- Participate in membership drive; send out requests for
  class updates; maintain active list of class member contact information;
  send updates to Communication Director for newsletters; encourage class
  gatherings by offering the Association's help in promoting class events; and
  bring class/decade issues to the attention of the Board. Need Reps for 50's, 70's and 90's.

You must be an AHSAA member to vote and must nominate an AHSAA member. Nominations may be given to any current board member or sent via email to the
AHSAA Board. Elections will be held on December 08, 2008 and the deadline for nominations to be accepted is November 28, 2008.
